My best friend and I were chatting recently about the best makeup products. She was looking to buy some great makeup for an upcoming wedding. One of her problems was deciding what to put on her eyelids that would last as long as the party would. I had to recommend one of my favorite makeup finds…primer! Particularly “Prime Time” from Sephora.

Primer is a new makeup tool for me. But since I’ve tried it, and found the perfect primer, I can’t live without it. Why? A good primer fills in any bumps and smooths the surface of your skin for flawless makeup application. But the best thing is that it absorbs oil for hours, which means your eyeshadow and makeup will stay on longer. Your makeup will stay fresh and beautiful with less need for touchups.

Our favorite is Bare Escentuals “Prime Time” because of its smooth, untacky texture, and its long-lasting staying power. Put on a small amount on your eyelids and the rest of your face, and let it dry for a few minutes before putting on the rest of your makeup.
